Who we are

Next Kilt sells Scottish kilts and highland wear. When you order, you also accept our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy.

Prices and orders

Prices appear in US dollars unless marked otherwise. We may cancel an order if the price is clearly wrong, stock is unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent. You receive an email after checkout.

Made-to-measure goods

Many items are cut to your measurements. Check those numbers before you pay. Once cutting has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, carriers and peak seasons can cause delay. After dispatch, carriage follows the carrier’s terms.

Returns

Return rules are set out in the refund policy. Custom work may sit outside standard returns, except where the law requires otherwise.

Site content

Text, photos and branding on this site belong to Next Kilt or its partners. Do not reuse them for commercial purposes without written leave.

Liability

Where the law allows, Next Kilt is not liable for indirect loss from use of the site or the goods. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
